No returns or exchanges

Every KinkKart tee is printed to order, just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. That includes a change of mind and a size that doesn't fit. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. The Women's Favorite Tee runs small.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

The one exception: if your order arrives damaged or defective (including a misprint), or isn't what you ordered, we'll ship you a replacement free. You don't need to send anything back.

To make a claim, you need an unboxing video:

1. Start recording before you open the package, with the sealed package and its shipping label in view.
2. Keep filming in one continuous take, with no cuts or edits, until the item and the problem are clearly visible.
3. Email the video (or a link to it) and your order number to contact@kinkkart.com within 5 days of delivery.

We can't accept a claim without this uncut unboxing video.
